• To prevent mineral deposits and halos on the mold surface, always wash molds with demineralized or reverse osmosis water.
  
• Keep the washing water temperature below 55°C (131°F) to avoid accelerating the hydrolytic degradation of polycarbonate material.
  
• Utilize mild, non-abrasive detergents specifically formulated for polycarbonate molds. Avoid alkaline or aggressive cleaning agents that can damage the mold surface.
  
• Do not use rough cloths, sponges, or abrasive materials to remove chocolate residues, as they can scratch and dull the mold surface.
  
• After washing, ensure molds are completely dry before storage. Use a soft, lint-free cloth for drying, and store molds in closed boxes on flat surfaces, away from direct light and heat sources.
